How does emlOPS triage my inbox?

Every connected Gmail and Google Workspace mailbox flows into one queue and sorts into Now, Drafts Ready, Waiting, FYI, and Noise. Projects, routing, and learned sender rules shape priority over time.

Can I hide a mailbox from One Inbox?

Yes. Each connected mailbox has an explicit show/hide checkbox in One Inbox. Sync continues in the background either way, so nothing is lost when you hide a mailbox.

How are AI drafts prepared?

emlOPS prepares up to five drafts in a bounded batch. Each draft is grounded in the thread with cited source lines, stored durably for review, and never sent automatically.

Which AI providers can I use?

Managed emlOPS AI runs on our infrastructure. On the BYO plan you can connect a transient key from OpenAI, xAI, or DeepSeek for the session.

What about Calendar, Meet, and attachments?

Calendar, Google Meet, and Google Picker workflows are rolling out next. Attachments stay with the provider — emlOPS proxies images safely and stores metadata, not mailbox file bytes.

How do I disconnect my mailbox?

Revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings, or disconnect the mailbox inside emlOPS.
