These terms govern your use of emlOPS. By requesting access or using the service, you agree to them.
Who we are
emlOPS is operated by EVKii, Inc., 7040 Avenida Encinas #104-441, Carlsbad, CA 92011.
Service availability
emlOPS is generally available and evolving. Features and pricing may change with reasonable notice. As a pre-1.0 product there may be limitations, and we don't claim legal review, certifications, audits, or availability guarantees.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for authorized use of connected mailboxes, and for keeping your credentials secure. Sign in to the paid workspace is at app.emlops.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use emlOPS to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, or attempt to disrupt the service.
AI output
emlOPS prepares drafts and summaries with AI. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it — the requirement for human review continues even where automated tools are used to prepare content.
Subscriptions and fees
Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions billed in advance through Stripe-hosted checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are issued. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Usage limits
Managed emlOPS AI includes 500 managed AI operations and up to 3,000 background-processed messages per month, subject to fair-use and safety controls. We may throttle, pause, or adjust usage that materially exceeds these limits or that we reasonably believe threatens the integrity or security of the service.
Bring your own AI
In "Bring your own AI", model usage is billed to you directly by your AI provider, not by us. You are responsible for your provider account and for keeping your API credentials secure.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not currently claim regulatory certifications; where and when we obtain them, we will disclose them on the Security page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVKii's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to EVKii in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws principles.
