Privacy notice.

EVKii, Inc. ("EVKii", "we", "us") operates emlOPS at emlops.com and app.emlops.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we handle

• Account information you provide, such as your work email address and organization.
• Email content and metadata you authorize us to access via Google or Microsoft OAuth, used to generate summaries and drafts.
• Product usage information such as feature interactions and errors, used to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

• To provide cross-account triage, summaries, and drafts within your workspace.
• To send you service-related communications from info@emlops.com.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

AI processing

You choose the AI mode. In "Bring your own AI", model calls are made using your provider key and are subject to that provider's terms. In "Managed emlOPS AI", we route calls through models we provision under contract. We do not train foundation models on your content.

Google API Services User Data

emlOPS accesses Google account and Gmail data only after OAuth authorization and only to provide the user-facing features you enable: mailbox synchronization, organization and triage, cross-mailbox search, summaries, and saving drafts back to Gmail.

emlOPS does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to train generalized or foundation AI models.

Transfers of Google user data are limited to service providers acting under contract as needed to provide the user-requested service, or when required for security, fraud prevention, or law.

Human access to Google user data is prohibited except with your affirmative consent for support, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when the data has been aggregated or de-identified.

You can revoke Google access from your Google Account security settings, disconnect the mailbox in emlOPS, and request deletion by contacting info@emlops.com.

emlOPS’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate emlOPS under written data protection agreements. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your workspace is active and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You can revoke OAuth access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact info@emlops.com.
